stand in the position of the 5 point star:
legs spread comfortably, arms straight out.
think about the top of your head, your forehead,
pay attention to your 3d eye, focus your awareness.
Think about your left foot: open, receiving, call it "air"...
Then your right hand, strong, taking action, call it "fire"...
Then your left had, comforting, containing, call it "water"...
Then you right foot, stable, connected, call it "earth"...
Now return to the head, aware, and call it "spirit"...
Intend/will/desire to connect head to L foot...
build a current of energy, a flow of power.
then, L foot to R hand, open circuit...
R to L hand, say the names...
L hand to R foot, feel it!
and back to the head.
Now, as you make each connection, maintain it...
build a continuous chain of metaphysical power...
When you can hold all 5 connections in circuit,
something very special will happen (not telling)
